Omg...... they can never hear the customers and the customers can never hear them because the radio is always broken. Repeated my order three times before she heard it all. Then the woman couldn't figure out how to open the drive through window. And we had to wait at the drive through window for ever for food.... there was no one else there ! Lastly food was all wrong, cold and old. My cheeseburger was old, cold and hard. They had flipped it over and put a new piece of cheese on it thinking it would be fine. Disgusting! Would avoid if I were you.

Love Jack in the Box! Been eating their food for 25 years because I lived in CA for a long long time. Now that I'm back in CO, I don't get the chance to have it very often because the closest location is 50 miles away from Fort Collins. I miss it, so any time I have to go to the Denver area, I always stop and get something. I love their food and wish we had a Jack in the Box in our area. The college students would love it too! They have a great variety to choose from and it's always... yummy in my tummy! LOL

Will not be coming back - I spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive through, with only 2 people ahead of me, during NON-PEAK hours, just to get my order 100% WRONG. I asked for curly fries and a double south west combo, they gave me a bacon cheese burger, and regular fries. I didn't even have enough time to go back because this was on my break from work (which started at 2 pm) and get it straightened out. I only went to this place because I specifically wanted curly fries. Needless to say, this pregnant lady is MAD.

Every time we come to this location always great service, tonight was worth a 5 star review. I love seeing people who clearly enjoy their job and Eloy at the window was so awesome, friendly and just over the top. With everything going on in the world right now he made our night , great guy and very happy w his service! Keep up the great work man!
