Staff was nice, waffle was cold, hash browns were undercooked and smelled like cat pee, got sausage instead of bacon that I ordered. Not sure why I keep giving them chances.

Today we ate at the Brighton IHOP. Brittany was our waitress and I immediately noticed she didn’t wear her flimsy mask most of the time. She seated, served, took money at the register all without her mask. I was very uncomfortable and didn’t see a manager on duty or I would have reported her lack of concern and breaking the rules in place for servers/employees. This must stop.

A bit understaffed, had one server at lunch..? But all things considered they did great thanks to her.

I was cut in line waited to be seated and they took people after me first.. Don't see why we sign to be seated if they don't set person like it should be .will never go back to this place .

The food was delicious, how ever I didn't appreciate having to listen to our waitress yell and argue with kitchen staff the whole time. Short staff made things run a little longer then normal but I could tell some of the staff were trying very hard to keep up and make it enjoyable.
