I was with Progressive for years. When I first came to Melissa she pointed out that I was under insured in several areas. What if a delivery employee slips on your front stoop/patio? We found several areas where we were underinsured, but making the switch to Allstate, we paid almost the same thing for better coverage. As a Brighton business, I can tell you that she is very active. She gives back all the time to the community through special events and charity. Oh, yeah, and a free pie for customers around Thanksgiving? So nice! You will not regret the change. You are already looking but look no further. Thank you Melissa!

We appreciate Melissa working with us to insure & protect what's important to us! She is always helpful & there to help answer questions. We have been frustrated with our situation on a claim filed online and we let is slip through the cracks of crazy every day life. We should have reached out to her early on. She was quick to help us get it straightened out!nnMy car got totaled due to hail damage and that is when I found out that since my wife set up our account with Allstate I could not view my own claim info on my phone/app due to me not knowing the password and my wife could not see it since it was not her car. I called multiple times requesting help with this. I was told I would have to reset my password. However, each time the password reset request was submitted it went to my wife instead of me. The last call I was told nothing could be done even when I requested a paper form of my claim. This was a year ago and I still have not seen one shred of my claim. Terrible customer service and terrible I.T. help.
