Gene Watada - State Farm Insurance Agent

Gene and Kathy Watada have been our State Farm Agents since 1993. Their customer service is always amazing! We've had times when we just send a letter and give Kathy a little info and she gets claims filed for us quickly and efficiently with very little work on our part. We've been so pleased with the service we've received not only from Gene and Kathy, but from claims agents, as well. Gene never misses calling us on our birthdays and even sings for us; you wouldn't go to him for that, but it shows how personal they are with their clients. I needed too get insurance on an ATV and it was after hours. Gene called me back after I left a message and got me all squared away.

I'm new to this area & transferred my State Farm policy from another Denver area agent. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff. The day I made the request thru State Farm corporate to initiate the transfer, Gene himself called after hours to confirm the transfer. Lindsey (who is on the front office) called daily to provide a status (several components other than just auto policy involved in the transfer), then arranged a time for us to meet and review the policies. Kathy Watada and Lindsey provided superb service in the review where they made changes to broaden coverage AND saved us money! You will want to do business with Gene and his team!

This review should have been posted much sooner, but I just want to say how wonderful Gene and his team are to work with. In June, 2018, we were hit with a bad hailstorm and the result was a damaged roof in need of replacement. I was very worried about the process of getting a new roof, but I reached out to Gene and he walked me through the process getting a claim started. Everything went smoothly with the repair, especially the insurance end of things. An adjuster came as soon as they could schedule, given the demand, and she cut me a partial check for the replacement on the spot. I was amazed at how easy the process of working with State Farm was, and Gene and his group were just fantastically responsive and helpful. I have been with Gene for over 30 years, and it means so much to me to be able to pick up the phone or meet in person with them. I would totally recommend them.
