I have tried to pay a bogus citation for months but they never pick up their phone. Sick and corrupt people.
Everyone in that building is doing they're best to be fair and helpful without upsetting the public. Not to mention the stress involved in dealing with people who complain about every single thing down to a phone call without getting upset. I've noticed the more the county gives to the public, the less they appreciate it. That includes schools as well.
It seems that the people scoring a 5 stars are related to either court employees or law enforcement! I was in there to file a suet against an employee. Didn't get much help! I have numerous times attempted to call - never much success there. It is difficult to file suet when the officers reports are incomplete and inaccurate!nMy experience and just my opinion but it seems there is much dishonesty, butt covering and corruption.
They charge, tax, and fee the hell out of the people of California then tell them they can't afford a clerk to answer the phone. The Californians are stupid for not standing up against this corruption!
