If you are looking for a great rafting experience with a top notch guide, look no further! Tom is not only an experienced river guide, he was also very knowledgeable about local history, flora, and fauna. During our lunch break, Tom went all out and provided a stellar lunch spread, topped off with a cake. We will definitely look to book another trip with Living Waters Recreation again. I was on a girls trip with 3 of my girlfriends looking for something to do around Shasta. I searched up on the web and there it was-rafting in the Kalamath River. Tom was amazing. He is such a funny, loving and caring person. He was able to fit us in last minute. A couple of my friends have never rafted before and he made them feel safe and secure. We love the stories that he told along the way, very educational and with 30+ years of experience I don’t doubt that he’s got plenty more. We love the jokes! He made us feel as ease and comfortable. The rest stop spot along the way was the many lights of the rafting trip. We will definitely be back for more stories and jokes! Thank you, Tom for a wonderful time.

This was my first rafting trip ever. It was an amazing experience. Tom really knows about the history of our area. Super fun and made my first experience make me want to come back for many more trips. And by the way the lunch is over the top!

we had an incredible time rafting with tom and living waters recreation.nnit was our first time exploring mount shasta and we wanted to try white water rafting on our trip. tom responded same day and was able to accommodate our party size of 2 with short notice.nntom gave clear instructions of what to expect and what to bring/prepare. everything else, tom took care of!nnnot only was the middle klamath route beautiful and full of variety, tom was an amazing host - experienced, knowledgeable, so fun to hang with.nnwe will definitely raft with tom again! 10/10 would recommend.

We were lucky enough to enjoy the full day trip with Tom. He was nothing but entertaining, experienced, punctual and friendly. He provided great lunch food and went above and beyond by providing a little cake to celebrate my sisters wedding. Highly recommend!
