We have always had the best service from Big Time Pest control, they are always very polite and respectful. They arrive monthly for my services and do a thorough job. We haven't had any insect activiny since we began using them will never use any other company. Our service man Chad is AWESOME!
Always polite. They do a good job. We live out in the country...lots of mice. Our cat is a mouser, but he couldn't keep. We called Big Time Pest Control and that 's what we have...control over the rodent population around our property. We are happy and would recommend them to help you too.
Have been using Big-Time for over a year. Always reliable and VERY responsive to unusual events, (such as a skunk infestation in the crawlspace beneath our home). Reports are thorough, prices are competitive. Walter, our regular technician, is outstanding: diligent, thorough and friendly. This is true of everybody I’ve dealt with at Big Time. The employees who come to my home are always both professional and polite when spraying / inspecting. As well as the employees answering the phone. I live in Mt Shasta and am so grateful they make the drive up north so I am able to utilize this service!
I have been contracting with Big Time for going on two years now. The tech, Zac Adams, dispatched for my most recent service thoroughly impressed me. He, by far, has been the best tech yet. An extremely conscientious young man who took pride in his work. A true professional who doesn't cut corners. My kudos to Zac.
