I have used this pharmacy for a long time. They seem to be busy all of the time. They apparently are trying to run understaffed. I was in there recently a couple of times in the same week and there were people standing 5 deep out into the grocery store with one guy trying to handle the work load. You would think when they have a line backed up they would have a second person ready to come up and help move things along, but no that is usually not the case. I was recently in there to ask a simple question of the Pharmacist (a woman) Her response was condescending and I thought rude. The regular pharmacist is good and has always been respectful to me. I am looking for another pharmacy with a drive up window. I would use Walgreens for their drive up, but my insurance is not accepted at Walgreens. Fred Meyers needs to up there game in the Pharmacy at Sprague and Sullivan.

I transferred a few prescriptions from another pharmacy to try Fred Meyer out. They lost one of them even after we had a conversation about it and I saw the paperwork for it on the initial day I transferred them in. When I came to pick them up, they claimed that one prescription was never faxed over and that they never throw away or lose prescriptions. I verified with the other pharmacy over the phone in the parking lot that the prescription was transferred. The person that helped me was extremely argumentative and refused to acknowledge that there was a possibility the prescription could have gotten lost. I must have been lying because they don’t lose prescriptions. (WELL THEY DO!) He told me at one point that he’d “love it if I could go somewhere else so HE didn’t have to argue with ME.” This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Extremely busy constantly. The pharmacy is always out of the meds I need. Have had issues too many times (monthly) to give any higher than a 2 star. For having such a high volume of patients picking up their prescriptions they should anticipate that volume and keep stocked on all meds that they go through and run out of constantly. Come on. You’re a pharmacy. You have one job... One job!

Brutal pharmacy. Show no attention to detail and treat customers (who need meds) condescendingly. If I ever see these individuals outside the Fred Meyer pharmacy, lets just say we will be having a little chat about the incompetent people who occupy that pharmacy. Please take my genuine advice and go through CVS, walgreens, walmart, or albertsons. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with inbred pharmaceutical staff such Fred Meyers

I love Fred Meyer's Pharmacy .The employees know my family by name. Each and everyone of us. They have many times gone beyond the call of duty to us get our medications. For example, if we are in the store and need the medication before we leave they put a rush on it and have it ready by time we're ready to head for home. Thumbs Up for them ud83dude0a
