There was a mistake in one of my prescriptions, so I tried to call the pharmacy on a Saturday during its open hours. The phone recording tells you it'll connect you to a person, but it won't. I was out of town so I couldn't come in to get the info I needed because it was impossible to reach someone. Really aggravating that their system prevents you from finding out your correct dose even though they are open. Guess I need to scrutinize things closely before I leave to catch their mistakes.
Some of the staff here, Naomi's team in particular, are extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.
They have been great.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Treated respectfully.
For the most part my experience with the Chas has been good!
