Jim did a great job of helping me gain my mobility in my wrist. I had a bad fractured wrist and the whole staff was compassionate, professional and would work with me to push myself and hold me accountable. It was a stressful time in my life and everyone was so kind and friendly. If you find yourself needing physical therapy this is the place to go to in Redding! You will make life long friends and they will help you reach your Physical Therapy goals. Thank you all so much!

I just love these guys. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmospher is great. They even celebrate your achievments with you. Would not go anywhere else for my Physical Therapy needs.

These are the greatest bunch of therapists I have ever seen. They brought me so far. From a walker to a cane to using nothing now. I couldn’t have done it without them. They are so encouraging. Going to miss them all

The staff is friendly & knowledgable. My personal improvement was noticable the first week. Variety of strength building exercise routines and equipment make workout fast paced and effective.
