Came in for a ring inspection and cleaning with no appt. They had me in and out in under 10 minutes and they do cleanings for free! Will definitely be returning.

I visited this store to have a ring repaired with a very short time line. I dropped it off and the next morning had the estimate, and work was completed within a few hours. They went beyond my expectations. I was from out of town and so thankful to have found them. Highly recommend them for excellent fast service and very helpful employees. Thank you! Wow!!! Excellent customer service!!! I needed to get my engagement ring sized, and after shopping around I went to Anderson's. They not only had the best price, but also the friendliest and most helpful staff. When I went back to the store, I was fortunate enough to be helped by the owner, Theresa. She was so awesome! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had Steve, the jeweler, cut my ring while I was there to custom fit it to my finger. After learning I was newly engaged, she told me she would have my ring done by the next day! I told her I was leaving town that evening and wouldn't be able to pick it up the next day, then she asked me what time I was leaving and told me she'd have it done before I left town! About an hour and a half later my ring was finished and I was able to pick it up, and it fit perfectly! I certainly had not expected to be wearing my ring that same day. Steve and Theresa went above and beyond and I will definitely use their services in the future! Highly recommend!!!
