Dave and his crew are top notch! They do a great job on getting rid of, and keeping away unwanted pests. The price is so reasonable for service and makes a huge difference. They strive to first use non chemical methods and products when possible, but all of their products are safe for homes and businesses. If you don't like living with pests in your home, garage, shop, business the give them a call, they definitely live up to their name.
We just moved to our house and called Professional, first off super friendly staff and fair pricing, second our exterminator Cody was awesome, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so well. My biggest worry is we have pets and he was able to tell me why not to worry. He also walked me through every step and process they take. Couldn’t be more pleased with our service. I live in Southern California but hired Professional Exterminators of Redding to take care of a bug problem my elderly parents were having there in Redding.They were amazing!! Very professional, reasonable and friendly. They did everything they could to help my parents and the results were great! They worked long distance with me and followed through in their promises. We received same day, excellent service. David was knowledgeable, and friendly. He swept the eaves and removed the nests. He used a more environmentally friendly product to remove the wasps. They also offer a 30 day guarantee!
