Visited this store on a Thursday afternoon, they had what I wanted in stock when no one else did and they delivered it two days later AND on a Saturday! The two delivery men, Jr. and Donnie were extremely professional and did a fantastic job getting the fridge in through our delicate front door and set up nice and perfect. Fabulous job! Very happy! Great service by everyone involved. I'm appreciative of the fast delivery time because we're only up at our property on some weekends. Worked out great.
Save 1200.00 dollars and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Why this place is charging over a thousand dollars more for the same models is beyond me.
Our 15+ years old washing machine died, and we ordered a new washer & dryer from Carmona's. They delivered our new machines promptly to our home on O'Brien Mtn (north of Redding). Junior & Jeremy were friendly, fast, and efficient, and answered our gazillion questions good naturedly and professionally. We are totally satisfied with their service. We thoroughly recommend Carmona's to anyone looking to purchase a new appliance.
Bought from them many times. First time we had a problem, got it fixed.nNext time, on warranty couldn't get it fixed. Six weeks without a washer. Very rude and not helpful. Will never use them again.nnSince I wrote this, got a reply from the owner, and within minutes received a call back from Cynthia who has been helpful and courteous. She sent Doug, the technician, out within an hour (no excuses). He repaired the washer within another hour. It would have been nice to have this kind of service all along! I still think that six weeks is too long to wait and to listen to excuses, but we are happy now.
Carmona's is great place to purchase appliances. Arc was extremely helpful with my new cooktop purchase. He even came to our home to deliver a new cooktop lid since the original wouldn't fit. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and provide great service.
