Had a serious issue with a repair, but the owner has not only shown integrity by fixing the issue without cost to me but went above and beyond (this is true kindness) with not charging for the repair and also even delivering my machine when it was done. I have definitely become one of their most loyal customers and will be recommending - yes even touting their business. The staff were pleasant and kind thru the whole ordeal and the store is beautiful and well stocked with quality merchandise and supplies. THANKS
