Great customer service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful to me and my boyfriend as we searching for tiles to use in our new house. I had a nice tour around the stage room where we learned about the different tiles that they offered, my boyfriend and I were so unprepared with knowing what we wanted so we were thankful that they were so helpful to us. Gladly will come here again and recommend to others!!

Worst customer service ever..actually no customer service. I walked around for 45 minutes and was never even said hello to, just watched me. ** DO NOT WAIST YOUR VALUABLE TIME! ** I have noticed they respond to positive feedback but don’t bother with criticism..apparently they don’t care!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. You walk in, and no greeting, they just stare you down. When i asked questions, they were incredibly rude and reluctant to give me the most basic courtesy. Honestly, so disappointed.

I had a great experience, I needed a little extra help getting started on my project and the staff was very helpful with pointing me in the right direction and getting me samples. Friendly environment, I will use them again on future projects!

What a nightmare. All I needed was several bags of grout. After being led to believe they had it in stock, I drove 1-1/2 hours to find they had only 1 bag and would have to order the rest. They called the next week to say it had arrived and I drove down again to discover it was only some of them. This happened twice. Today I called ahead to be sure it was there and checked their hours -- they were open until 5pm. I arrived at 4.25pm to discover they closed at 4pm and their google listing had been updated an hour before! I have wasted 9 HOURS of driving back and forth to these guys and still don't have everything I paid for. At least I know not to get my marble countertops from them!
