I recently complete the 10 sessions with Bear and feel that his work has been very beneficial! He is strong yet gentle, a person who holds space with sensitivity and precise attention to detail. I felt completely safe in his presence.

I just completed the 11 session Hellerwork Structural Integration series with soon to be certified practitioner Bear (David George). This amazing body of work is educational as well as therapeutic, using a combination of body work and dialogue to take the client through a systematic re-alignment of the skeletal muscular body. Bear was very present, thorough and effective in this new passion he has for this practice. I feel more balanced, embodied and fluid as a result of these sessions, and highly recommend Bear and Hellerwork to everyone interested in feeling GREAT!

Receiving The full Hellerwork series from David was surely a transformative process. Not only did my overall alignment become more balanced and fluid, but tension and pain throughout my body decreased dramatically. I love the holistic approach of HellerWork and how it really takes into consideration of our postural habits, emotional habits, and our mental patterns that can really affect our quality of life and how they are all so interconnected. David is very personable and is knowledgeable about the human body. I will definitely be receiving more work from David in the future.
