They let people in the cold outside.nThey have facilities enough for the people that are waiting the bus very early in the morning and they won't open the doors for us. They'd rather keep us outside. The man at the door told me to go to the nearest coffee shop when I didn't ask for it.nnPeople need a warm seat while they're waiting for their bus at earlier hours.nnThis is not Europe, isn't it? Nice center, modern architecture, clean restroom, helpful staff, great ridership! This center is served by RTS, Amtrak, Arcata Transit, Willow Creek, and Blue Lake.
They have cleaned it up and police patrol more. It's nice.
