The employees are helpful and kind. I stop by frequently and the staff has always been pleasant and willing to go above and beyond. For example my wedding ring was very dirty and they cleaned it for me to perfection. When I am ready to buy a ring it will be from Kay's! Thank you!

The woman behind the counter late night on 11/4/18 was so attentive. She didn't try and push unwanted items onto me like some jewelry stores. She listened to what I wanted & even set me up with a digital Kay Jewelry Box so that next time I come in the next person working didn't have to start all over, they'll know exactly what I'm looking for. This Kay Jewelers blows the rest outta the water. Best Jewelry Store experience ever!!
