I had a good experience with all the ladies, they all had nice personalities but when it came down to passing information along with my requests, lots of stuff was misunderstood or forgotten... I found a dress that I loved which was wayyyy too large for me but they had it in my size at the warehouse. I loved it but wanted to add my own personal touch with “off the shoulder” sleeves. I found the style of sleeves I really liked and I was told they’d keep them on file so they’d have them ready for when my right sized dress came into the store. Once my dress came in, the ladies had no idea what I was talking about with the sleeves and the original girl that helped me wasn’t working.... we then found another style of the sleeves that I liked and we began measurements for my alteration. Once we were doing alterations, I realized the dress was way too tight and it was extremely hard to breath... they then double checked my dress and realized it was the wrong size. Apparently the lady had flipped my measurement in the computer... they ordered the correct size for me and told me it would be in soon... my correct size finally came in and I had to do alterations again. Yet again, no one knew what I was talking about when I said I wanted to add “off the shoulder” sleeves. We then again had to find sleeves that I wanted. Alas, we found something that worked for me. With the dress being wrong the first time, I then needed my dress to be altered quickly with my wedding being a few weeks away. I was asked to pay an express fee when it wasn’t my fault that the correct dress wasn’t here on time. After being frustrated, they waived the fee... once I got my dress back the sleeves weren’t how I wanted and my wedding was in 2 days... I paid a large amount for my dress and for alterations and it was very upsetting to not feel comfortable on my big day. I also didn’t have buttons on my bustle so I had to hold my dress the whole night. Everyone said I looked great for the wedding but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. My only advise for future brides is make sure you have the same associate the whole time so nothing is missed. Good luck brides :)

I had the best time at David’s Bridal! The consultants were very knowledgeable and made me feel super at ease. It also made me very happy to see masks required and made me feel safer during my visit. Couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Sydney and Holly, and management was very accommodating. Thanks for the great service!

There was a selection of gowns of good variety that fit well within budget. The gal that helped was very nice and helpful. She supplied me with swatches in my wedding colors that help give me and the bridesmaids a good idea on color matching. I thought the dressing rooms were pretty cramped for trying to get into big flowy dresses. I found a couple that I really liked and had to think over for a couple of days. In the end, I bought my wedding dress elsewhere, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

My daughter and I went to David's Bridal on Indiana in Spokane Valley WA on 10/19. The ladies there were so amazing and helped me with all the dress decisions. I tried on 7 dresses and found the one that worked for me. They were so nice and I had a great time with them. Sydney and the other ladies were absolutely fun to be with.

We were confused from the moment we met our “stylist”. She assured that we were in good hands because she was good at her job. She was not. She left us questioning what we were doing from the beginning. We looked through dresses and picked out a couple long sleeve vintage style dresses and also described to the stylist that’s what we were looking for. She did not listen, nor did she seem to care about anything my sister was explaining. She interrupted all three of us who were there for the appointment, and at one point walked off in the middle of our comments/communication with her. She continued to miss the mark on ALL style descriptions. She should not be training another stylist when she is not fully trained herself. There are many more things that she did during our appointment that were unprofessional and very unsatisfactory for a first experience in preparation for my sisters big day.nnAlso, do the girls make commission on the dresses you sell? Because it would make a lot more sense and explain why she kept forcing over-budget, floral dresses into my sisters fitting room. Those were the ONLY two things that we said NO to from the beginning. No flowers, and not $1,500 dresses. Very uncomfortable.nnI would like to give another woman that we worked with during the appointment a round of applause. It would have been a five star review if we were matched with her from the beginning. She was absolutely amazing and we all felt she knew my sisters exact style from just a few style suggestions. She brought us some beautiful dresses that fit the style and suggested a long veil when I don’t think my sister even though of wearing one! Thank you for rescuing us and WE APPRECIATE YOU!! My sister said yes to the dress and it’s because of you.
