Jacob took the time out of his day to help me activate my newly purchased phone. Although we were unsuccessful, he was absolutely amazing. Such great customer service on Thanksgiving. Went to three different Walgreens. Thank you jacob!!!

If there are prices for items showing a sale and they dont have it in their system they will NOT HONOR THE PRICE. Horrible customer service. They say they cant adjust a price... haha its happened almost every week they change their sales that this happens. Once out of 4 times now has this been fixed. I obviously frequent enough that they should have honored the sale price that was still standing on the main floor

The pharmacy simply does not have their act together.

I had a horrible experience at the pharmacy here. I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like I need to warn others, since I left in tears from this location. After showing my insurance card since it was my first time at this location, I was literally told by the person at the counter that this wasn’t a pharmacy insurance card and I wouldn’t be able to get my prescription. I had to point out the pharmacy number on the insurance card in order for them to finally accept it. After calling the number, they then told me that I wasn’t in my health insurance’s system, even though the card was accepted by my doctor that previous morning. It was a hassle and I just needed my prescriptions. It was then decided I would forward the prescription to Fred Meyer, which means I will have to wait another 1-2 days. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal if the lady at the counter hadn’t been so rude. Very very poor customer service.

Their service has been good here but they really need to wash their drive-thru window because it's been filthy for over a year and it's really gross. I told them about it and they said it's contracted-out and not their responsibility.
