Went in today and the lady behind the counter hold me to put on a face covering or I wasn't aloud in very ironic since the gentleman In the office wasn't wearing one, a message to you, you are doing no one any favors by enforcing rules that make you kill your own brain cells! that's what wearing a mask all day does that's all it does!!
The office admin/ is very bad, even she laying about costumers.
Aggressive and disrespectful IAA acts as if they are a government agency you will be treated as if you are privileged to buy from them its disgusting
Great place to get a good deal on cars
You can get some good deals on cars here if you know what you're doing. However the fly in the ointment of this place is that they have some nasty fees that they charge you. Often fees double the price on a car that you buy if it is a cheaper car. Also some of the staff is rather passive aggressive and unhelpful. There is one guy who makes a point of honking at me from his forklift every time he sees me. Perhaps sometimes it's necessary, but for the most part I don't think it is it's just a power trip that he's doing.
