Came here with my hopes not to high. Was helped by a man named Josh. Best service i’ve received in my entire life. Fast, Painless, made me feel as if I was in control and not talked down. Took his time and patience but was completely honest which you don’t find now days. Best service ever I cannot stress that enough. This will forever be my go to car lot. HIGHLY recommend! Wonderful customer service! I get pretty picky when it comes to cars but Joshua stuck with me and gave me the best deal. It was refreshing how down to earth he was and understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I didn’t have to worry about him trying to overcharge me or slip in anything extra because he was so straight forward and honest. I definitely would and absolutely will recommend everyone I know to talk to Joshua at this place when looking for a vehicle! 5 stars no doubt!

We had a great time at this dealership! Usually, we stay away from them. They were able to beat our auto rate and make sure we were happy with our payment amount before finalizing. I will say that if you do finance through them, expect to be there a while. (I have read the same thing on other comments on here as well). We did drive off the lot and had an issue with the battery. They came jumped it and replaced the battery that day in 10 mins. People can put on a fake front, however, if this place is they are very good actors.nnThanks for all your help guys!

New Deal will always be my first choice for car shopping. I bought my first car from them in 2005, my second car from them in 2012, and then again last week in November of 2020. Each car has served me well during a specific phase in life, and their service has always been great. We worked with a salesmen Scott, who was very patient with our questions and great at showing us exactly what we were looking for.

I'm a first time car buyer and I came here on a whim w/ my Auntie. Josh was fantastic. A+, Couldn't have had a better car salesman. He helped me find an SUV in my price range so I was able to afford it w/out financing. He was super chill and laid back so there was no pressure for a sale.nI recommend them for anyone looking for a car and it's family owned so go support.
