Frank's Heating and Refrigeration came to diagnose a problem with our hot tub. The young man was knowledgeable and skilled in repair of hot tubs. Frank's installed and maintains our HVAC system, thermostat, and ductwork. For 12 years we have relied on their services and they always provide quality products and exceptional service.

I recently bought my hot tub here. The customer service was fantastic! I got exactly what I wanted and have been enjoying it immensely. I was so happily surprised to get a thank you for my business a couple weeks later including a small cooler and some gourmet cookies. What a wonderful experience!

I went into Frank's just to check out what was available as far as hot tubs go and figure out my options. I was welcomed with one on one service from Frank. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me some tubs I might like. Frank explained in detail all the features from the different jet packs, to the lighting, to the size that would be most comfortable for my family. After deciding what I liked, it was delivered and installed by a professional crew. They were more than accommodating when it came to me changing my mind a few times about where to set it up at. In the end,their main concern was that I was happy. With such a big purchase, it can be very intimidating and you ask yourself many times if your making the right choice. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the hot tub and the peace of mind knowing I got everything I was looking for.
