Cheryl was awesome! She was quick, to the point, and left me with no doubts about my new purchase. She answered my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand, and left me confident knowing I can return if something comes up.
The people who work here are smart, patient, and very personable! They know their stuff and aren't there to sell you on stuff you don't need. They listen and adapt to your needs. A+++ for these lovely humans:)
Mikayla is terrific! She is so friendly & helpful. We have been helped by others as well & appreciate the service we receive when we come into the store.
Extremely slow service, no one answers the store phone and the voicemail box is always full. The manager brings her children to work, goes on her phone, and takes her child to neighboring stores while leaving the other store employee to help customers all by herself. Ordered a phone that took two weeks to get, had about 4 different complications that prevented me from getting the phone I paid for. I had to keep coming back to the store and waited 30 minutes, 3 times. Each time to be told I need to come back. Very poor customer service. Every experience here has led to an extreme headache.
Cheryl was the best! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She was very friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend Cheryl to any one!
