The lead Pharmacist is a nice guy who will do what he can to help you. Staff technicians are very nice as well. Fill-in Pharmacist (older gentleman) was not as nice and not willing to help with insurance authorizations. Thats why I have it at 4.
Nice store but pricey. Great Friday sales.
I'm on a limited budget, so the higher prices sometimes keep me from buying things we should eat. I do like the Fri sales though. The pharmacy staff is usually pretty helpful, although the higher product wall blocks them from seeing customers waiting for assistance. Not always the fastest service.nOn the front end, cashier's are really good, majority of the time. Only one or two times I've had a cranky person.nLove the deli and bakery. Enough said. Manager is great, too. Customer Service at the front desk is tops.
The store is clean, the staff are helpful, the products are good, the produce is very good. Prices are high, but this is not Spokane. It's 20 miles from Spokane. It's worth a little extra to not have to make the drive. AND they have a health food section. I'm really glad there is a Yokes here!
Love this store. I really like how it's set up on the inside; I feel very comfortable there. Prices are a little high compared to some other stores. However, products are always very good and staff are friendly and helpful.
