Great service and very fast. I ordered a battery for curbside installation due to covid concerns, and was pleased that you offer that. The person doing the installation wore a mask and gloves, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. They had the best prices as well.

Excellent customer service by manager Corey and associates Jose they were prompt knowledgeable and they know their products very well. They recommended a specific battery for my truck and installed it there on site, I am a highly satisfied customer and will be returning in the future thanks again guys for your great customer service

Update on 6/20/20:nThe other day I went to the store to pick up the dead battery. Surprisingly, they changed mind and gave me a brand-new battery. I am now satisfied with the fact that they finally honored the battery warranty. I am giving a 3-star due to two things: 1) it took me quite some effort to get the warranty honored; and 2) they need to call customers when necessary or as promised.nnOriginal on 6/13/20:nDo not buy car batteries from this store! Two reasons: 1) Their warranty has a big catch! Batteries lower than 10 volts become ineligible for warranty. Other stores and manufacturers do not have this exclusion. 2) Horrible customer service. They promised to call me the next day 3 times and you know what, no phone calls at all. Their store manager, Corey, hung up my phone call after I asked him why they don't call me.nnI bought a car battery about three years ago. Last month I parked my car outside for about 2 weeks and the battery died. I took the battery to this store on Wednesday and was told that they would test and charge the battery and call me the next day. Nobody called me in the next few days. On Saturday, I called the store and one employee told me that she did not know the details of my battery and somebody would call me the next day. This time again, nobody called me. On Monday, I called the store again and was told that the battery was below 10 volts and as a result the manufacturer denied the warranty. I requested to talk to the store manager and was told that he wasn't there at that time and would call me back on Wednesday. This time again, nobody called me. I called the store again and was able to talk to the store manager. The store manager repeated that the battery was below 10 volts and not qualified for the warranty. I told the store manager that this battery is defective because a couple of weeks' parking on the outside should not drain the battery to some point that it is not rechargeable. The store manager said that it could be because the battery is 3 years old. I made it clear that the warranty is 4 years and a prematurely dead battery is one of the very reasons for customers to have a warranty. He just repeated that it's below 10 volts and not good for the warranty. Then I started to ask him why nobody called me as promised. He simply hung up.
