Worth every penny!nI had USA Bath Remodel my guest bathroom and am already setting up the remodel of my Master Bathroom with them!nDylan and Steven were awesome! They arrived on time everyday, did excellent work, kept me informed on their progress, were respectful of my home and pets and made sure everything was clean and in order before they left each day.nThe materials used are high quality and the workmanship was outstanding.nI highly recommend this company and these installers!nThank you!

We were put in contact with the company through Home Depot. Our project was a tub to shower conversion for our elderly mother who was scheduled to have major surgery. When they performed the site visit for the job to give a quote they stated they would e-mail a quote within a day which we never received. The sales person also told us they could cancel out the request through Home Depot by stating the job was to expensive and then re-issue us a quote direct at a better price. They stated this way they could offer us things like free shelving.nnWhen we attempted to request the 2nd quote we were told a different story. After a couple of calls including a conference call with the Sales Manager we never received a quote or any other contact. I called the office and asked to speak with the General Manager to let him know the issues. I was told he would return my call but he never did. Guess they do not care about customer service.nnIn my opinion just another company who spends a fortune on marketing but does not follow through.nnIt is easy to buy 5 star reviews in today's world of social media.

The staff here is great! The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. She referred our concerns to Kristy who was also fantastic! They’re helpfulness was complimented by a full array of options and quality products for our needs. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family.
