Our agent contacted this company before we purchased our house due to rats in the attic. We agreed on a price which included the cleaning but once they started the job they told us the cleaning was not included. If I had known I would not have hired them. Two of the times they were supposed to come clear the traps we waited and they didn't show up and they never called to cancel or to apologize. I am really disappointed because this was supposed to be done by September 1st before we moved in and they still haven't concluded the job. Please do not hired them. Very unprofessional.
Noah is the bomb!!!! He is friendly and super thorough. He doesn’t even mind when the dog barks at him through the window. Couldn’t be happier with his services.
Company is horrible and knocking on doors during a pandemic! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
We have had Action service our home for probably 20+ years! Just this last December we had the first ant invasion since they have been spraying. I called them and they were polite, very responsive, and courteous. Problem solved and Christmas dinner saved :)
