I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring last year and came back for her wedding band. My salesperson was fantastic. (I believe her name is Noi.). She helped last year. Noi showed me a lot of options in my price range. Stress fee, no hassle. I picked out a gorgeous diamond band for my fiancée. We will definitely be back to buy jewelry for the wedding party.

Kay Jewelers Outlet and his staff are very knowledgeable and treat their customers like family! Whenever we go in to the store, we are always greeted warmly, as if we were visiting an old family friend. There is never any pressure to buy nor do they try to up-sell you. They simply give you the best deal based on your budget. I am SO happy that we went to Kay Jewelers Outlet to purchase our wedding bands! I have lost track of the amount of times I get compliments on my wedding ring! It is stunning!

I am really upset with this place specially when I was recommended by my cousin. I purchased a ring for my mother for her birthday. The next day I get a call from the sarcastic manager (Cory) to warn me the ring was not in the box. The only way I could get the ring in my hands was to pick it up. Mind you I live 1 hour and 45 mins away. (that meant I had to go out of my way for an error they did). they did absolutely nothing to make me happy. worst worst WORST decision I ever did by purchasing with them. I will NEVER go back even if they have the best deals around. I rather spend a little more for better the service. I wish to input no stars, but it doesn't let me proceed.

Horrible customer service. I pride myself on giving people the benefit of the doubt, but this location and its employees don't deserve it after continuously letting me down with their service. They ignore people clearly waiting in line, and a simple purchase somehow takes over an hour. Manager doesn't seem to know how to manage. This is an outlet, and it feels like it. Not even worth the sales they have. Save yourselves the trouble and get much better service at a regular location. It's worth the extra money you pay.
