As we were moving in to our new rental house, we quickly discovered that the previous tenants left us a gift- a major flea infestation! We called Kastle Kare on a Saturday and Shane came to our rescue and was there literally within 1 hour. He was very professional and told us everything we need to do from protecting our medically fragile toddler to follow up care to make sure those pesky fleas were gone. The work was even guaranteed, but we didn't need to follow up because we followed the instructions Shane gave us and didn't have a single flea afterwards. Now we use Shane and Kastle Kare for all of our needs in our new house, I wouldn't use anyone else. In fact, I recommend him and Kastle Kare to everybody as well to all my Mommy groups!
Kastle Kare is the company we use for all our critter problems. I used 2 other different companies then I switched to Kastle Kare and have been very happy with Shane's service and the professional way he takes care of those creepy bugs. Shane always calls me before he comes over and is careful not to let my dog out. I have not had any problems since he started taking care of my house. Thank you.
We used Kastle Kare at our home. We had another company and then we switched to Shane. He is FANTASTIC! He follows up, makes sure to check our dogs are ok when he's there and gives up thorough updates., we had ants and rats. All gone now thanks to Shane. Cannot recommend them enough
