Find another provider! They don’t show up and complete the job or follow up with service but they will still try to bill you. I am so disappointed with this company I only hope someone else reads this and takes their business elsewhere.
Best pest control technicians!
He never showed up when scheduled. The first time he didn't even let us know he wasn't coming. We gave him a second chance and he didn't show up again. What a waste of time.
So, I hear all this noise in my attic and find out that the rat Olympics are apparently being held there. I called several exterminators and was not impressed as I couldn't reach anyone and had to leave messages. One company never even returned my 3 phone calls. I called O'Connor Pest Control and received immediate attention and John came out right away! His service was more than excellent and he is extremely conscientious with attention to detail and impeccable follow up. I highly recommend John and O'Connor Pest Control!!
