Hired him to rehab our house, things went well at first, very likable and friendly. However, we paid him the money for the last part of the work and he never completed it. He also asked for more money [for extra work] which we paid,that was never done. He said he ran out of money,although we had paid. We have given him time to find a way to do some of the work, to no avail. Now we are left with an unfinished house and are out thousands of dollars.
