Relaxing and quiet. A little pricey for the amount of time they give. Late check-in at 4pm and early check out at 10 am. But beautiful location ud83dude0d

This beach house is in a wonderful location, right on the beach. The house is well appointed and seems clean. Our family really enjoyed our time on the beach, surfing and kayaking. I was disappointed that the dishwasher was broken as I disliked hand washing the dishes all week. I contacted Turnkey right away, when I discovered the problem, and they responded immediately saying their repairman had been out previously but didn’t get it fixed. They said based on the photos I had sent, that he knew what part to order now, and could possibly fix it on our last day of vacation, if the part came in. I told the management team that I was disappointed that the housekeeping team hadn’t tried out the dishwasher after it was fixed, to confirm it was indeed working before our arrival. Seems like sloppy work on the part of the management at Turnkey.

Although it was bit odd that it was all automated through Turnkey rather than real humans, when we needed help they were there. I called twice--once because the wifi was slow and another time because the Amazon fire stick TV was not working. Both times I got quick, effective help so I was grateful. Having got good wifi, I was even able to do a remote court appearance from the condo, thankfully.

After waking up two days before our vacation, reading an email that are beach house had been canceled by another management company, I had a nightmare of a day trying to book something else so quickly. Literally all day I was having issues with all the Airbnb sites. Finally at 8:00 p.m. I ran into a Turnkey vacation rental on the harbor in Oxnard! I was immediately booked and I even called customer service to make sure, and they were friendly, professional and eased my mind with any questions I had! Excellent experience, I highly recommend Turnkey! They have many houses all over the states! Clean, caring and just all around a great experience!
