I have used the services of Premium Termite and Pest Control (Oxnard) several times. I have always had a positive outcome and never a need for follow up visits. Joel knows his trade and the pricing is very fair. Most recently I had a major issue with fire ants. The ant population exploded into what seemed like tens of thousands of ants. My property is 1/2 acre including some slopes. Premium had a plan of attack that took care of the issue for months.nI used to try to do take of pests on my own. Just not worth it. Now I just call Joel at PTPC. So much Better!nI highly recommend this company.
Joel is very responsive and follows up very well. He has a lot of options to remove termites and other bugs.nnHandles himself very professionally and is honest about his services. Even though the heat treatment was more expensive, he said it’s better to pay less for a more effective method since the heat treatment doesn’t last as long.
Amazing job. Joel from Premium answered every question i had and told me what i needed and what wasn't necessary. Very honest and great prices too. The quality of work speaks for itself and i highly recommend them.
After a customer service miscommunication, it turns out that inspections with a view towards eliminating termites are free. The Company charges for escrow instructions because this has value to home sellers/buyers as a bargaining point in the sale of a home and apparently, frequently do not result in actual purchase of termite control services.nnI feel the inspection was very thorough. The inspector came and spent a good hour at the property looking at all areas for signs of termites.nnThe three other quotes I received were the result of much shorter inspections.nnOriginal review below:nnOn the upside, the phone communication was very clear, although it took a minute of ringing to get through to a human. On the downside, this company charges $80 upfront for inspections that their competitors do for free. That's not cool.
Joel came over to seal the attic and remove squirrels/rodents. He did a marvelous job - came over several times to check the traps. Joel was on time and very courteous - always wore foot coverings and an N-95 mask. His price was competitive and his work is guaranteed for a year! I will definitely use Premium again if the need arises.
