Our experience with Corky was absolutely amazing and in line with all the previous comentors. His attention to detail and adherence to the highest standards of quality far exceeded our expectations. Once the project started it continued straight through to completion with the only interruption being created by us and not him. He is extremely easy to work with and adapts to changes with great understanding. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the project and he was remarkably able to finish on budget as well. We look forward to future projects with Shamrock.

Corky, owner of Shamrock Construction along with his sub-contractors were very professional, on time, clean and did a wonderful last minute remodel project of master bath and bedroom. Corky is very trustworthy and thorough. He maintains a very tight and professional circle of tradesmen that clearly respect and respond to him. Corky managed a total interior remodel for me that included a new kitchen, baths, flooring, electrical, drywalling and paint. He also replaced all of our doors. If you are going to do a big project, you better like who you choose to work with, and I guarantee you will like working with Corky.

Corky and his crew are over the top. We purchased our home four years ago and engaged Corky in a very difficult project (one of it's kind in Ventura - an elevator-funicular). He surpassed all our expectations and improved the value of our home significantly. More recently like so many we were impacted by the Thomas fire. Although we did not completely lose our home we had significant damage - part of which involved very difficult problems with our deck/main living area. Corky and his team came to the rescue literally. He worked well with our insurance company and again main miracles happen - not only repairing the damage but making our home beautiful again!nWe highly recommend Shamrock construction!!!!nHoward

BLUF (bottom line up front): if you are looking for a reliable contractor for your home improvement project, look no further. Shamrock construction company is the one to go with.nnThese days, once you go online and request for a proposal, many out of town company, particularly in the valley, descending on you like vultures. I went through that. Once youysigned the contract, you at their mercy (i.e. show up late, never return the phone call, rude). I once have to end up in Ventura court house to settle with their screw up just over a bathroom remodel.nnA year ago, Corky did an addition to my three bed rooms house. Hardly any dusts got in to my living room. His employees are extremely nice and considerate. Adding 500 sqft to my house from start to finish in 45 days. My wife is extremely picky, but she was impressed with the final product.nnSo, if you are in the process of trying to make any changes to your house, give Corky a call, you will as happy as we are.
