These are some really nice people. Just a heads up, they are moving to a new location in the Spokane industrial park.

I purchased a pair of 509 stoke “backcountry” bibs! First ride out backcountry riding with the stoke bibs the knee completely tore out of them. After 3 months of constant emails customer service barely responds and has yet to come up with a solution, they have explained that backcountry riding is not something they designed these bibs to have the durability against. I will never purchase another product from this company!nnI wear a 509 helmet, goggles, jacket, bibs, gloves, and bag and they seem to think a customer asking for a material patch to even repair a few hours old pair of bibs isn’t worthy of responding to in customer service inquiries!nn⭐ufe0f

I used my X6 ignite goggles for the first time yesterday....Excellent product, mine have the photo-chromatic lens which adapts quickly when riding in and out of the trees.

Sales crew is awesome. Makes for an easy smooth buying process.
