Alot of people wernt have masks or haveing them on correctly.

Let me just say Susan or Susie at customer service is amazing. My granddaughter lost her wallet there. It had her tooth fairy money in it and money she earned doing chores. Twice we checked to see if it was turned in and it wasn't. Susan bought her a new wallet and replaced her money. What an outstanding human. I was so sad for her and she turned the whole thing around. Love to her!
