Even before Covid45, if you got through to someone you were blessed. Years ago, before the ability to connect you to an automated voice, at least someone would (after 40 minutes) eventually pick up the phone! I lived in Mandalay Bay, I would call Oxnard CH; get in my car and drive to city hall, park, go in while I was on hold! Still the same.
Terrible business tax policies. Very nice yet over worked staff can not get permits issued timely.
