We saw an ad for a truck we liked, so we called and spoke to Fidel and Martin at the dealership. We made an offer on the vehicle, which was accepted. They gave us an honest, detailed description. When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly as they had described, and the paperwork was ready to go. Drove the truck, everything worked! Everyone was wonderful: from the very nice man who greeted us at the door, got us the keys, to Martin who sat with us and answered our questions and Mike the finance guy who helped us navigate a pile of paperwork. Thank you guys! It was the easiest car deal ever!

These guys were great. Really bent over backwards to do a good job for us and get it done fast since we were in transit. Reasonable prices and great service. If I were local I would give them all my business.

Oxnard Mitsubishi provides all-around great service. I had a great experience when I purchased my vehicle last year. I recently took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and was very impressed with the level of service Victor provided. He took the time to go over the full inspection of the vehicle. Great service Oxnard Mitsubishi!

did not performed the recall like they were supposed to, didn't try to clean the windshield sprinkler just told me to replace it and lost a piece of the brake shoe and pads were moving. the whole thing took 2h30minnWent to another mitsubishi location (don robinson) and they had to perform the recall correctly, i had to replace all 4 brake pads because this little piece was missing and they cleaned the sprinkler in 2 min. Only problems at this location for me. Glad i moved and have a new mitsubishi location that really care about customer and performs the task as they say they did.
