Great experience! Not your typical slicked back used car salesman here. Informative, didn't play back n forth games or other sales tactics. Fair pricing. Even had a service issue and I was always warned about them but it was pretty quick and painless. If your looking for a car or trailer definitely the place to go!!!

We found a great deal on a trailer online through Ventura RV Connection. The owner greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman Frank was also very helpful and friendly. The trailer we had seen online was on the lot and in excellent condition, even though it was a couple of years old. We made the purchase and left the trailer for the week while we had a brake controller installed in our Jeep. When we went back to pick up the trailer they had it all cleaned and prepped, with a starter kit, full propane and charged battery. They did a full walk through of the entire trailer and all of its systems. Very professional staff. Final paperwork process was a breeze. Highly recommended!
