All: file complaints with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as I just did, and got immediate confirmation with file number.nDon't use. Liars. Cheats, Thieves. Thomas lied 2x. Victor lied 1x. Agent lied about trip insurance. Thomas lied that supervisor will call in 20 min. -never did.
