I've usually only gone to the one in thousand oaks and had nothing but good experiences. The staff are really nice and the two doctors I've dealt with were great. Dr. Spelts and Dr. Castaneda are top notch.

My husband, daughter and I have all been treated by Dr. Getelman and Dr. Castaneda. Dr. Getelman diagnosed what was wrong with my 16 year daughter's shoulder when no others could in 2 years. He performed surgery a year ago and she is pain free and full strength. My husband broke his leg and had surgery performed by Dr. Castaneda within a few days. Everything was completely smooth from the initial appointment to the hospital and followup care. I am now being treated by Dr. Getelman for my shoulder and am 100% confident he's the best. His staff is all very professional and actually return phone calls! Highly recommend SCOI.

Worse place EVER. Went here to see Dr. Paul Simic. He did surgery on my wrist to get rid of a ganglion cyst ladt year and in less than 6 months it came back. He poked it with a needle to try to drain it and now I'm in more pain then I was before the surgery. Oh and they over charge you.

I have had a terrible experience here. Dr. Grossman was nice, and while the staff was also nice, they were completely inept. I waited 3 weeks for an order to get some images done when all they need to do was print it out at the visit. I waited 7 weeks for a procedure because initially I couldn't get an appointment for 4 weeks. Then, the staff forgot to put through the referral authorization request and upon realizing it, couldn't get me in for a new appointment for 3 more weeks. Then, when I wanted to get my records because I am going elsewhere, they would not print them for me at the office even though I was standing right there to authorize it. Terrible, frustrating experience overall. I encourage everyone to seek medical care elsewhere.

Great service and care but their billing practices are terrible. I wouldn't go here unless you have a very clear understanding of what you will ultimately get billed for.
