I am so very happy I found Kingdom. Tim & Gina are fantastic. They are very patient and that is exactly what I needed as a new sewer. They got me up and going with free classes to learn my machine. There are also fantastic project classes with great women. It's a very great and welcoming community. You can't find amazing customer service just anywhere. They have a loyal customer in me.
My movers had broken my tension knob off. So straight to Kingdom Simi Valley I went. They sold me my machine and have serviced my machine since 2009. They are welcoming and helpful.
My old Singer sewing machine from 1992 finally has died. I have been slowly looking for a replacement. With all my research, I called my sister who is long life seamstress & a quilter & she would be able to advise me.nWe decided on a Baby Lock Presto II I called the Kingdom Sewing Machine and Tim was very helpful & informative of all sewing machines.nI was hoping they could ship to me in Santa PaulanSince I was Stay At Home orders.nTim emailed me & we made the sale.nAfter that was completed, Tim offered if he could meet me half way to Santa Paula in Saticoy. Since he was on his way to Santa Barbara.nI have never met such excellent Caring customer service. It was amazing.nNext day we texted & met in Saticoy. He placed my new sewing machine in my car while we both wore our masks & gloves.nI have no words to express how grateful & humbled I felt. Thank you Tim!
Had kept machine in box for several years, a gift from my husband for Christmas. The news of a grandchild coming encouraged me to call and have a refresher class. Gina was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions. Ready to see up a storm!
