Pay at the broken or can't read the cards. Unable to understand the dude in the booth, could be a language barrier. Maybe I just don't speak clear enough English and unfortunately he had no clue how to speak German or Spanish. So after three language attempts I gave up I went to Costco.
Not dog friendly. My dog needed water. The lady at the counter was rude and asked me to leave because my dog was barking while I purchased the water for my dog. She was clearly scared of my Lab/Boxer/German Shepherd. However, in my opinion, her issues of anxiety made her act out of fear. My dog was tied to the the pole by the pump while I watering him. He wasn't a danger to anyone. I had him on a very good leash, and he was exhausted and very well behaved.
Most of the time in and out okay price convenient place costumer services varies to okay to bad.
Just had the worst experience. Woman was rude and and seemed angry she had to help me. Kept talking under her breath and wouldnt even look up. I told her never mind and left without getting gas. Never will stop here again and will tell everyone i know.
Always get the cash discount when I get gas here. Makes it about the same as Costco for 91 octane. The clerks are always friendly to me and give a greeting because I see them twice a week. My favorite station in Simi
