You guys have a rude lady working at your building department. She needs to learn manners, I called and she was rude. Please do not forget that your salary comes from our taxes, and you could be a little more respectful.

Never had such a hard time pulling a permit, lady there could not just simply tell me what I needed. For some reason she felt the need to go through her instruction manual step by step explaining to me every little thing I already have. She’s like a robot. Realized she was human when her voice began to tremble and hands were shaking from her passive aggressive anger toward me. All I needed was one thing! It was like a secret or riddle she was trying to give me! I’ve heard bad things about this place but thought it can’t be that bad. The rumors prove to be true.

Friendly staff! All departments have front counters, planning, building and safety, public works, billing and administrative, all in the same place.
