I have always been pleased with 1st Honda service. They do the job right the first time. There's a few little WOWs. They warn of up-coming needs but don't push to up-sell.

Phenomenal service, especially from John F. my server, and very friendly people. They offered me free cold bottled water multiple times when I took my car in to get the oil change. They purposely didn't try to charge me extra for other things with the car, etc.... They were very honest and sincere telling me other things that were wrong, might be a concern with the car: tires and headlight, etc... and then giving me a quote for them to repair, fix them (each part(s), etc...)-if I wanted them too.

I love working with First Honda! I always have a great experience! They make the car buying experience a Breeze. Chris Lee and Johann were great! They always provide an amazing experience.

Jose let me test drive both cars that I wanted to and gave me his card. My brother got in contact with him and helped set up the interaction. The next time I came in, he was respectful and was willing to explain anything I had questions on.

I love 1st Honda. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. I bring my Honda Accord here for servicing and my overall experience is the best.
