After accepting our offer, and calling us to say so, we gathered all the necessary finance info and advised we would be down the following morning to pick up the vehicle. Later that same day , as receiving the call from them, we contacted the dealership to again confirm all was in order, they said someone was coming to look at the vehicle, and would let us know if it was still available. They then sold the car to another person. We had driven 2hrs to test drive the car, they knew we were serious buyers. There was a time when a person's word ment something.
Best manager I've worked with at any car dealership for buying a car. Up front, open, thorough, very respectful and friendly service. Great job guys!
Very slow! Took forever to get my loaner vehicle. Then it took forever to get my truck after being called and told it was done. After all that... my squealing brake is still squealing!nn*Update*nnNobody has reached out like Katie says below... not surprised. The easy fix is to take my business elsewhere. Service was great! I applied online for the vehicle that I was interested in, they contacted me right away and set up an appointment. Application process was easy and painless. John was great at showing me the different features of my new truck. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new GMC!
