I give Mark Nelson's office a Big Thumbs Up! Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I can always get an answer for any question. And I can expect a call back for any issue that wasn't immediately resolved on the first visit or call. I am especially pleased with Kelly and usually prefer to deal with him in most instances. He has been my go to guy, almost always. I highly recommend them to anyone. They will always to the best they can to get you the lowest rates and are happy to work with you on any insurance need.

I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the staff and working with the team in this Allstate office. I have found better rates, top notch customer service and a competent team to help me with my risk management needs. I didn't know, but Allstate also provides world class retirement planning and life insurance solutions.

These guys are awesome! I've been with them for about 5 years now and their guys put up with my constant adding and removing of vehicles with a smile. They're a great group of people that will treat you right.

We were clients of Mark Nelson Allstate office for years. Unfortunately, this office kept increasing our insurance every year even though we have never had an accident or tickets. We started calling friends who had Allstate insurance but with a different office to see if their rates were going up also. Nope! It was only Mark Nelson's office that was raising rates. We talked to our insurance agent and told him we were going to leave their office if they didn't stop raising our rates. They denied they were doing it, even though I had proof they were. We were disgusted with how we were being treated so we left that office and are now with the other Allstate office in town. We have been loyal to Allstate for over a decade and didn't want to switch to another provider, but we didn't have to, thank goodness, we only needed to switch to a different office. It's made all the difference.
