I had Foothills Sierra Pest Control conduct a pre-purchase inspection for our home in Sonora. They provided a detailed report and repair recommendations which the seller addressed.nnAfter moving in, we noticed a home in one of the crawlspace vents. I called them back out to specifically check for mice and rats. The technician did a thorough inspection and walked with me around the house pointing out some areas where I could seal up a bit better to prevent rodents from entering. He did mention there was very limited evidence they had regularly been in the crawl space or attic. He also provided tips on how to trap them and what bait to use, allowing me to address it myself. He also provided a reasonable quote for service should we decide to have regular service in the future.

EXCELLENT to deal with. Friendly, professional and fast. I could only give 5 stars because that is the highest we can give, but they definitely earned and deserve more stars. They went above and beyond in excellent customer service. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Alex

Eric saw a leak in my hot water tank that was behind a door. He immediately notified me and I was able to get it fixed right away.nNow that's thoughtfulness. Someone to trust that will go beyond and above the call of duty.

Had Sierra foothills pest come out and spray for ants because nothing We did was working the tech that serviced our house was John he was polite professional listened to our concerns he did a amazing job We are completely pleased with their service so much so we Signed up for annually service And will be recommending them to others.
