We have been a Leavitt client for 16 years for our businesses located in malls in the Salt Lake City area. Over the last few days we have had some extremely poor customer service. It started with contacting Jacqui concerning insurance needs for a new business venture. After interviewing me about the nature of our business and services provided, she incorrectly quoted the details of our conversation, even thought it was recorded, and hastily sent an email to multiple carriers with incorrect information. She then told me no one would carry the policy. After I inquired about what she had written in the email, of which was incorrect and included false claims, she rudely blamed me and said that it my fault. Far from true! I asked her to listen to the recorded call, she was resistant because she knew that she made an error and would not own it. Therefore I have moved on to another broker for that policy. AND ITS NOT OVER!! My wife called today and spoke with a women named Yvonne about our other two business policies and the possibility of us making a claim for disruption of business. Yvonne rudely explained that we can make a claim of we desired, and went on a rant of how they shouldn’t have to pay out these claims because CHINA SHOULD PAY THE CLAIMS BECAUSE COVID-19 WAS MADE IN A LAB AND ITS THEIR FAULT. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY RACIST AND PROVEN TO BE UNTRUE! I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ANYONE READING THIS POST NOT TO SUPPORT AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST INSURANCE BROKER LIKE THE LEAVITT INSURANCE GROUP!!
